Delivery
Where is my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with tracking information via email. We advise 7 to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.
You can track your parcel here. Orders are sent out via USPS on a tracked service and should you need to amend your delivery we would advise using the instructions given on the site.

Which counties do you ship to?
We currently ship our innovative products all the way to both the US. We’ll let you know if and when we have any future plans to broaden our shipping horizons.
How can I track order?
You will be given a tracking number in your dispatch email once your order has been processed. US orders are sent using a tracked service with USPS. Please enter your tracking information here to see the latest information on your order.

How do I choose a Tangle Teezer?
Tangle Teezer have detangling hairbrushes to address different hair types including straight and wavy, fine, fragile and thick & curly or coily hair. If you would like to know more, check out our hair types hub here.
How do I know which hairbrush I need?
Tangle Teezer has created lots of incredible hairbrushes since The Original, each with different uses and characteristics. You can learn more about each of our hairbrushes in our product pages through the description, videos and more. Still unsure? Email info@tangleteazer.com and our customer care team can help you further.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to have an account with us to place an order. You can place an order as a guest.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my online order?
If you would like to change or cancel your online order please contact the customer support team on leave a voicemail with your order details or drop us an email on info@tangleteazer.com.
What if I receive an incorrect item/ order?
We apologise if you have received an incorrect item in your order. To rectify the problem please contact the customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order on or drop us an email on info@tangleteazer.com.

Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return your Tangle Teezer purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The easiest way to return an purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID number, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds.
We offer US customers a FREE post return option. You can make a return to us for FREE using our online returns portal here.

How will I get my refund?
It can take up to 14 calendar days from the day after you dropped off your return for it to reach our warehouse and be processed. We’ll let you know once that’s done. You’ll receive an email with all the details about your refund.
General
Will heat damage my Tangle Teezer?
We advise that the hairbrushes in our Detangling, Styling and Wellness ranges should not be used with heat, as this can cause the teeth to melt. Only the brushes in our Blow-Styling range have been specifically designed to be used with low heat to cool setting.
How do I clean my Tangle Teezer?
Like any brush the teeth of the Tangle Teezer will collect hair and any residue of styling products. To clean, remove loose hair and with a clean toothbrush use soap in warm water to gently scrub between the teeth and the base of the brush. Rinse and allow to dry naturally with teeth facing up.

How do I know if my Tangle Teezer is genuine?
We have developed scanning technology which determines if your Tangle Teezer hairbrush is genuine. Simply scan the QR code on the Tangle Teezer box and it will reveal if you have the genuine article.
